Repro Madness made the rounds at Netroots Nation 2016 and interviewed some incredible reproductive rights and justice warriors from all over the country. Representative Jan Schakowsky from Illinois gives us the inside scoop as a ranking member of the Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives and what's at stake in the upcoming election. Elana Levin of Make the Road Action, the political arm of NY's largest participatory immigrant organization, dropped some knowledge about art, activism, and culture at our Radio Row booth! Jessica Gonzales-Rojas from the Latina Institute for Reproductive Health taught us our new favorite inclusive, non-binary pronoun: latinx. We also hear from Filmmaker Tracy Dros Tragos and Dr. Erin King. Repro Madness discussed their new HBO film, Abortion: Stories Women Tell, a powerful film portraying real people across the full spectrum of abortion rights and access in our country.
